Daniella DiFabio, PsyD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who aims to create a trusting space where adolescents can explore their emotions, practice new skills, and develop self-awareness and confidence. I have received extensive training in evidence-based assessments and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have experience and training in Social Thinking and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions in treating twice-exceptional youth.

My interest in pursuing a career in psychology started from a young age, stemming from a deep curiosity about the connection between human behavior and emotions. My early interests have led me to work with a wide range of children, including those with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, learning differences, and giftedness. In my work, I value the power of collaboration between children, their families, schools, and other providers to build a comprehensive support system.

In therapy, my goal is to help foster resilience and help others build a life they enjoy. I believe in transparency, flexibility, creativity, and collaboration when working with families and their children. I am especially passionate about meeting each adolescent where they are and ensuring detail-oriented treatment planning and progress monitoring. I prioritize authenticity and evidence-based practices to assist children in recognizing their strengths while navigating their challenges.

Being a clinician is an incredibly fulfilling role. I find it so rewarding witnessing children learn and adapt, watching families grow more connected, and supporting young people as they develop the tools they need to succeed.
