Elisabetta Tonini, PhD
Psychometric Technician
With a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience and a lifelong curiosity about how people think, learn, and connect, I’ve spent the past several years supporting individuals across a variety of clinical and educational settings. As a psychometric technician at Milestones, I help carry out the neuropsychological evaluation process by administering cognitive and academic tests in a structured yet approachable way.
In previous roles, I’ve worked with individuals with brain injuries, learning differences, and emotional challenges—experiences that have deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to person-centered care. I have a growing interest in researching new ways to support children with developmental and learning disabilities and their families, helping to bridge the gap between assessment and real-world support. At Milestones Psychology, I work with children and adolescents, along with adults to provide comprehensive and compassionate assessment in partnership with Dr. Ravil Sharma. I have extensive experience administering assessments to children with concerns about ADHD, executive functioning, emotional concerns, learning challenges, etc.
Originally from Italy, I’ve built my professional path between Europe and the U.S., and I’m excited to now be part of the collaborative and caring team at Milestones.
