Winter Stress Less Group
Dates: Tuesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm EST
Cost: $200 per teen each week
Number of sessions: 3 sessions, from December 2nd to December 16th
Snacks, water, and prizes will be provided each week
Registration Details:
If you are a new patient to Milestones Psychology, a 60-minute virtual intake meeting with the group clinician will be required to determine if the group is clinically appropriate. This intake is billed separately from the group. If the group is deemed not appropriate, the clinician will provide recommendations for alternative services either within or outside of Milestones. If you are an existing patient, please speak to your individual clinician regarding enrollment.
Prior to the start of the group, we will identify personalized goals for each child to make sure they are getting the most out of the group.
Following the completion of all group sessions, we will schedule a follow-up call with the clinician to share our ongoing recommendations to support your child beyond the group.
