Licensed Master of Social Work

I’m excited to join Milestones Psychology as a full-time LMSW working alongside and learning from a dedicated team of clinicians to support children and families as they navigate challenges. My approach to care is rooted in a belief that collaboration is essential, and I look forward to actively involving parents, teachers, and other providers to create an environment that supports and empowers children.

I focus on using evidence-based methods that are tailored to each child and family's unique and specific needs. Working with children across a range of ages and backgrounds, I want to emphasize developmental milestones and personal strengths, equipping each child with practical skills to thrive in their personal, academic, and social lives.

I have experience working at the inpatient and residential level with adolescents experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, OCD, and behavior challenges. I have received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and look forward to further expanding my skill set and expertise.

As a twin myself, I also have a strong interest in sibling work—particularly supporting twins and multiples. Through my own lived experience, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique relational dynamics, identity development, and attachment patterns that arise in these sibling relationships. I am passionate about helping families better understand and navigate these dynamics, strengthen communication, and support each child as an individual within the family system.

In addition to individual treatment, I have a strong interest in working with children in dyads and small groups to help strengthen, practice, and generalize skills more quickly and effectively. I love creating engaging, developmentally attuned group curricula designed to pull kids in, keep them motivated, and make the intervention both meaningful and fun. I believe that when appropriate screening is done to match a child’s profile and needs with the right group, group-based interventions can be an especially powerful and efficient form of treatment.

I look forward to offering a strengths-based approach to children and families to build confidence, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
