Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow
I am so excited to be joining Milestones Psychology as a Post-Doctoral Fellow this year. I am passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families within a warm and collaborative therapeutic environment. My goal is to help clients and their families develop a greater understanding of themselves, build practical skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges across home, school, and everyday life.
Throughout my clinical training, I have worked with children and adolescents experiencing a range of internalizing and externalizing difficulties, including anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, emotion dysregulation, school-related difficulties, and disruptive behaviors. I have particular experience working with children and adolescents with social anxiety and selective mutism, as well as supporting parents in managing challenging behaviors and strengthening the parent-child relationship.
I have received extensive training in evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I am a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist and have extensive experience in PCIT adapted for Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM). My training has spanned both outpatient and school-based settings, including Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants (CBC), Robert Louis Stevenson School, and the Child Mind Institute. These experiences have reinforced the importance of collaborating with parents, schools, and other providers to understand each child within the broader context of their environment and generalize treatment gains across settings.
I earned my PsyD in School Psychology from St. John’s University, following graduate study at Teachers College, Columbia University and undergraduate study at Cornell University. I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and their families feel understood and supported while developing the tools they need to create meaningful and lasting change.
